Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Shahid Holdings is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier or reach out to us immediately so we can assist with a claim.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@shahidholdings.store with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please start a return and place a new order once your return is approved.
